For example, Zeppelin business centre (in the photo) has been awarded a Gold certificate in accordance with the international standard Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). The future Avior Tower-1 business centre is also being constructed in compliance with the LEED requirements, and after its completion, it will also be awarded a green building certificate.
