once again to day were going to look forward the best way of making a hard reset for your smart phone in a situation when you have forgot your password.follow the step.1 ,firs remove battery into your phone 2,insert a battery into your phone again 3,then press down your key volume that is on the side of your phone hold it down 4, then start up your phone while still holding your key volume down 5,your phone will start up in a safe mode 6, then your will see a list of the safe mode activities such as : reset,back up and etc 7,then to choose reset use volume keys then to select use start up key 8, then waiite while your phone is restoring 9,after being restored choose reboot with your starting button 10,then your phone will start up .
