Niyonsaba Serge, born in Rubavu. He listened to his heart and became successfully a great Rwandan Artist. After 3 years of study at Nyundo Art School (Gisenyi). In 2009, Niyonsaba had a new life full of belief, inspiration, since his participation in ART FOR PEACE(Art competition) organized by Rwanda National Museum, which encouraged him to think beyond the limits and expand his horizons as an art
ist. Niyonsaba followed the advice of teacher (Koffi Kankorongo Leon) and began to experiment with different mediums. He developed his unique personal style in the paintings (oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink). The main inspiration source of Niyonsaba’s work is his imagination. The love of thinking beyond his expectation can be seen in his paintings, which typically describe the activities of his daily thoughts.
