*Vacant Positions*
*1. Position: Customer Service Assistant, Abuja*
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for telemarketing company products, taking customers’ orders, resolving customers' challenges, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Customer experience management:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
● Carry out routine customer surveys to ascertain the satisfaction levels of customers
● Get customers' feedback on the quality of product delivery.
● Write reports of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Telemarketing:
● Design and manage all aspects of the company’s telemarketing efforts.
● Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
Customers' order processing:
● Take customers’ orders through the website, emails, phone calls, and messages
● Work with the Sales assistant to process customers’ orders and deliver on time
● Track and update customers’ orders on the platform from order placement to delivery
● Handle all customer queries and escalate where necessary
The candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a first degree with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. The candidate must have telemarketing experience and an ability to market on multiple social media platforms. S/he must have good spoken English skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, innovative, and IT savvy.
*2. Position: Sales Assistants*
Job Summary:
The Sales Assistants will be responsible for recruiting managing vendors, and inventory, and ensuring that customers' orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered at the highest level of quality.
Management of vendors/suppliers:
● Support the Retail Manager to recruit vendors/suppliers for all products
● Maintain records of all goods received from vendors/suppliers and ensure that payments are made based on agreed payment conditions
Fulfillment of customers’ orders:
● Fulfill customers' orders by collecting products ordered from all vendors/supplies and HouseFood stock
● Package customers' orders, print delivery notes, and work with designated delivery companies or individuals for prompt delivery to customers
Inventory management
● Maintain inventory of HouseFood product stock and conduct weekly stock count
● Package products in standard HouseFood packaging materials and display/store products based on stipulated standard
Market survey
● Conduct a weekly market survey of HouseFood products.
● Prepare weekly reports on prices of select products from designated target markets and make recommendations on sales prices
The candidates:
● The ideal candidates should have an SSCE or ND, with sales experience. The candidate MUST be able to recognize quality food products easily, pay attention to details, and be physically fit to be able to move products from vendors/suppliers.
