Description:
The second generation PowerBeam 5ac comes with an improved antenna mount, a dish with 25dBi gain and improved ESD protection. It can be used in installations where the emphasis is on high performance, stability and throughput of the wireless connection. Thanks to the directional parabolas, the PoweBeam can also be used over longer distances.

AirMAX AC
Thanks to AirMAX ac technology, the PowerBeam has a high resistance to ambient noise. The powerful MIPS 74KC processor, which is complemented by 64MB of memory, guarantees high throughput reaching up to 450Mbps+ depending on the selected channel width and local conditions. In P2P mode it is possible to choose the channel width of 10/20/30/40/50/60/80MHz, in P2MP mode then 10/20/30/40MHz. The device is equipped with one 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet port, through which it is powered by the enclosed Gbit POE adapter 24V/0.5A.

For the mobile application
Technicians will certainly appreciate the newly included 2.4GHz WiFi interface, which is used for administration via a mobile device. The UMOBILE app is available for both Android and iOS.

AirOS 8
The new airOS 8 operating system is also new for all Gen2 products with the airMAX ac protocol. This system, for example, renders the constellation diagram and the SNR value in real time.
