We’re expanding our global presence and looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead our growth across the Asia and European markets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Asia & Europe
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal operations and pricing teams
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reports
• Work flexible hours to cater to international clients
🎓 Qualifications
• Remote-ready with a reliable setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• 1–4 years of international sales experience (Logistics preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Familiar with Asia/Europe logistics and trade practices
• Confident in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
