PMI defines the following 5 process groups for Project Management.
1- Initiating.
2- Planning.
3- Executing.
4- Monitoring & Control.
5- Closing

A project may have different stages based on requirements e.g. Design Stage, Tendering Stage and Construction Stage.

The Supervision Consultant commence the work at construction stage. The Construction Stage need to follow the Project Management Processes.

During the Construction Stage,

1- Who creates the Project Management Plan.
2- Isn't it confusing to have PM(RE) in Supervision Team, PM at PMC team and PM at client team (This is based on what we have normally in construction industry). Which one of the PMs Defined by PMI.
3- Have you ever received Project Charter. Which PM will be authorised by Project Charter.
4- Do you think that each PM will look at the project from his responsibility perspectives and provide his inputs for defining the PMP.
5- Have you ever participated in creation of Project Management Plan.
6- What role Supervision Consultant play in project management.
7- Do you think Supervision Consultant shall Play the role of QA/QC only.
