Through mediation, i facilitates the communication process and allows the parties in conflict to work together for a solution that suits their interests. Energy Leadership Index is a great tool that helps you assess how you show up in life and what attitudes you carry about leading your life . Resource Therapy is a breakthrough method that works on the bases that a personality is composed of parts. RT communicates directly with these parts which in return help point directly to the sources of issues. Through harmonizing these parts, we end up with a limitless resources.
