We had the privilege of conducting an introductory leadership session with the Schneider Electric leadership team in Riyadh. The workshop was highly interactive, filled with meaningful dialogue, sharp leadership insights, and collective enthusiasm.

The session received overwhelmingly positive feedback—reflecting the team’s ambition, openness to growth, and strong learning mindset.

We’re truly grateful to Schneider Electric for welcoming us, engaging so deeply, and demonstrating the spirit of modern leadership. We look forward to more collaborative opportunities to support leaders in driving impact beyond the classroom and into everyday action.

In a beautiful Ramadan evening, we celebrated last week the graduation of Saudia Group members from the Leadership Development Program, presented by ADL Academy.
