ethodology:

Creating Project Website with imbedded Applicant Tracking system using PC Recruiter. Assessment of candidate competencies using SHL, Pi 32 or Talent Q Assessment for Personal Potential, and Perform Job Matching. Verifying the credential with our local representative offices. Interviewing based on competency. Our Role:

Searching and Sourcing for best candidate based on performance. Administering the various services involved in the process. Response management and filtration for Job Advertisements. Interview and Selection based on specific qualifications and performance managements.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office and email).

Job Responsibilities:

- Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintaining and organizing office records and files
- Distributing emails
- Following up on customer payments.
- Reviewing and editing reports
- Organizing the training material and training rooms for each training session.
- Coordinating, contacting, and visiting suppliers, vendors, and printing companies.
- Coordinating, contacting, and visiting clients.
- Performing other related duties as required

Work Days/Hours:

- Saturday to Wednesday (9am to 5pm). However, the assistant will be required to ensure the training rooms are arranged at least 1 hour prior to each training sessions. All training sessions start at 9am. These sessions are conducted between 4 to 10 times per month.
