We are looking for the position of : Executive Office Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintaining and organizing office records and files
- Distributing emails
- Following up on customer payments.
- Reviewing and editing reports
- Organizing the training material and training rooms for each training session.
- Coordinating, contacting, and visiting suppliers, vendors, and printing companies.
- Coordinating, contacting, and visiting clients.
- Performing other related duties as required
Work Days/Hours:
- Saturday to Wednesday (9am to 5pm). However, the assistant will be required to ensure the training rooms are arranged at least 1 hour prior to each training sessions. All training sessions start at 9am. These sessions are conducted between 4 to 10 times per month.
