Initial Business Requirements Analysis


This is a key component to the start of any successful consulting assignment. We always look to the business, and NOT the I.T. department, to see what the real issues are. We strongly believe that the business needs should define the I.T. requirements, and not the other way around (as is often the case). The result of this study will be a list of potential areas that require in-depth consulting.

In-depth Consulting Phases

This is where we study the key business areas determined in the Initial Business Requirements Analysis. These areas will then produce reports detailing what the business requires in terms of I.T. We identify what can be done NOW, mid-term and long-term. These reports will also study how ready is the current I.T. Infrastructure is (including people), provide a Gap Analysis, and give a structured path to get from today to the future with minumum I.T. costs and maximum benefits to the business.
