🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia E-Invoicing | 25th Wave Update

ZATCA has announced the 25th Wave of Phase Two (Integration Phase).

📌 Businesses with VAT-subject revenues exceeding SAR 187,500 in 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025 are covered.

🗓️ Integration deadline: 1 February 2027

Phase Two requires businesses to:
✅ Integrate with ZATCA’s Fatoora Platform
✅ Issue e-invoices in the prescribed format
✅ Include required additional invoice fields

📢 Oman VAT Update | Decision No. 189/2026

Oman is moving towards mandatory electronic tax invoicing with new VAT regulations. 🧾💻

📅 1 April 2027: Businesses with annual supplies above OMR 5 million
📅 1 October 2027: Businesses with annual supplies up to OMR 5 million

Businesses should start reviewing their invoicing systems and VAT processes to ensure a smooth transition and timely compliance.
