Huawei has launched the world’s highest-specification mass-produced LiDAR with 896 scanning lines, setting a new benchmark for vehicle perception systems used in advanced driver assistance and autonomous vehicles.

Traditional LiDAR systems in vehicles typically range between 64 and 192 lines, while some high-end systems recently reached around 500 lines. Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR significantly increases the density of environmental data, enabling vehicles to detect smaller objects at longer distances with much higher accuracy.

✅ Dual-Optical Path Architecture.
