MyMiracleMoments Photography

NOTE: READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE BEFORE YOU CONTACT ME OR ADD ME. I took the time to write it to answer most of the questions you might have about working with me. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions. About Me:
My name is Charlton Hudnell, Owner of MyMiracleMoments Photography. I am a father of 5. I love laughing, traveling and perfecting hobbies. But daddy time comes first. Photograp

hy is my favorite of two hobbies right now. Please see "My Other Favorite Hobby" Album. My son Aaron has found love behind the lens as well. I can't wait until Aaron shows off his skills. I created MyMiracleMoments Photography in 2009 along with Raymond Kirk. For more in Raymond please see my "Notes". Mymiraclemoments photography summed up in one word: Professional. My Mission and Goal(s)
I am moving away from purist work so my mission is to find in my client(s) or subject(s) the best in them, capture it and then enhance it. To me the post work is equally as important as the photography. Code of Conduct and Professionalism:
I am here first and foremost to meet new clients, generate business and collaborate with artists and models. Anyone who knows me knows that I am extremely transparent. I have no hidden agendas. I’m not here to “hook up”. I will not and have no interest in making neither unwanted or unnecessary advances towards you. That type of professionalism won’t make me money in the long run. If you are a female model and are unsure about your photographer:
1. Research them first. Ask around.
2. Contact them. Dialog with them over time. No great shoot happens the next day.
3. Always bring a friend. Even if it is agreed that your friend sits outside, they are still near.
4. Notify someone where you are shooting. If it’s a surprise, pass.
5. Don’t shoot with them. What you will gain from my shoot:
1. Trust
2. Professionalism
3. Image satisfaction (We will meet our goal)
Before we shoot:
I meet all my clients in a public place prior to our shoot to collaborate and build concept maps. The idea here is to build greater comfort for you and me as well as to determine if we fit. In some cases, I may not be your photographer, and that’s ok. I know dozens of photographers who may be for you. If we meet, it is important that you come with ideas. You Should Know
1. I am always on time. I do not like waiting around. I have covered events/shoots in the past, where my team and I were the first there and the last to leave. Per our contractual agreement, I will reserve the right to leave, with retainer and or payment if I am made to wait an unreasonable amount of time.
2. For models, I love all types of music. So bring it.
3. I will not tolerate disrespect of any kind (including my time).
4. I prefer escorts. I will not tolerate any negative judgments, egos or distracting behaviors. I will reserve the right to end the shoot with retainer. (See contract)
5. I frown upon people who deviate from the script and reserve the right to leave with retainer. For example:
a. If we are hired for a birthday party and it turns into a private wedding. True story. b. “I brought my friend can she get a few shots?”
c. We become custodians for your events; folding chairs and cleaning.

6. TF Work (Message me for more details)

I am open to doing a very limited amount of TF (with signed model release) with select creative models and MUA’s as time allows between my other projects. My time is money. For me to do TF it has to be something I can recoup my investment on. I don't shoot for free period. My family has a lifestyle to keep. I value my ability and time too much to do that. I do shoot Trade For. What that means when working with me is you are giving me your time and a signed model release instead of paying me my rates. We are trading for each other’s services. I will then give you 3 fully retouched images from each look that will have my watermark and logo on it. That will give you some quality images for your portfolio/zed card. I don't give you copies of all images and I do not release un-edited or un-retouched images. I generally take hundreds of images when I shoot so I only give out the best that make all involved look good, Model the MUA and I the Photographer. For you this is a way to build a portfolio and possibly gain recognition and a credit by being published or have your imaged used in one for my Gallery projects. For me this is a way to find models to work with for my projects that will result in mutual benefit for us both. If you would like additional images beyond what is stated above there will be a fee depending on the level of retouching involved. ATTENTION MODELS WITH TATTOOS: If you have a unique tattoo designed by a tattoo artist. You need to get release from the artist assigning you all right for use in photography and film. You do not own the copyright on the tattoos the tattoo artist does. Both you and/or anyone using the images commercially can be sued by the artist for violation of their copyright unless you get a release and then assign the rights to the photographer that shoots you. Otherwise the photographer or company paying for the photos needs a release from the tattoo artist. For this reason if you cannot provide either of the above I'm no longer doing TF shoots with models with large or excessive tattoos that can't be photo shopped out. Too much hassle. I am still taking paid clients that want me to shoot them and their tattoos, but my rates are higher as tattoos require more retouching work to make them look like they do in my pictures. For those not knowledgeable about the laws or cases regarding Tattoos and Copyright law here are some links that go over the cases. http://legacy.lclark.edu/org/lclr/objec … arkins.pdf
