Meet Fahad Mohammed AlAjlan, Chief Shared Services Officer at AJEX.
Fahad’s journey at AJEX reflects remarkable growth. He joined the company in its early days as a Project Management Associate, later taking on responsibility as Procurement Manager, before being promoted to Procurement Director in 2024. In these positions, he established the people, processes, and partnerships that continue to underpin the company’s operational efficiency. From securing critical operational licenses and working closely with government entities to sourcing new facilities and building the AJEX procurement function from the ground up, Fahad has played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s foundations.
Recognizing his impact and leadership, Fahad was promoted to 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 on May 1, 2026.
With deep institutional knowledge, a collaborative leadership style, and a strong passion for developing people, Fahad now oversees human resources, procurement, and facility management, supporting AJEX’s expansion across the Gulf and beyond.
