A simple house plan can be used to minimize the cost. Living room can be used as bedroom for Kids. Study room, common toilet, bed with attached bathroom. Dimensions can be adjusted according to space available. Construction can be either wooden panels, sandwitch panels, insulated corrigated sheets etc can reduce the cost. House can be placed over concrete elivated beams can secure during land slides or over hollow steel boxes for floating during flood. Common sewage, electric source (Solar Panels) water and gas supply can be adopted.
