Job Opening – Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment)

Job Summary
Carmel Group Logistics Services is seeking an experienced and results-oriented *Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment* to lead our sales operations in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, developing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, logistics, oil & gas, mining, transportation, and industrial sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, government entities, and corporate clients.
* Promote and sell heavy equipment, trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
* Negotiate commercial terms and finalize major sales contracts.
* Coordinate with the service, spare parts, and finance departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* *Minimum 7–10 years of experience* in heavy equipment or commercial vehicle sales, with at least *3 years in a managerial role* within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
* Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, buses, and the Saudi construction and industrial market.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Fluency in English; *Arabic is highly preferred.*
* *Valid Saudi Driving Licence* (preferred) or eligibility to obtain one.
