GVF is looking for experienced fit-out professionals to join our growing teams in the following locations:

Saudi Arabia:
- Senior Cost Control, up to 15K
- BIM Modeler, up to 14K
- Senior QS Engineer, up to 15K
- Design Coordinator, up to 14K
- QA/QC Manager, up to 19K
- QS Engineer, up to 15K
- MEP QS Engineer, up to 15K
- Project Engineer, MEP & Fit-out, x2, up to 15K
- Site Supervisor, x2, up to 14K

UAE, Al Ain:
- Finishing Manager, up to 25K (UAE residency is required.)

Qatar:
- QA/QC Lead (Qatar residency is required)

Requirements:
- Proven fit-out experience is mandatory
- Valid residency in the country of application
- Relevant qualifications and experience for the position

His vision and leadership helped shape the Qatar we know today, and his legacy of progress and regional stature will endure.

Session 02 of the GVF Leadership Training Series is done.

The topic: Difficult Conversations.

What the room taught me, again, is that the conversations we avoid are rarely as dangerous as the silence we choose instead. We don't avoid them because we don't care. We avoid them precisely because we do.

We spent 45 minutes on one idea: that most of what we call a difficult conversation is actually just an uncomfortable one. And uncomfortable is a choice we can override. We did not talk about being brave. We talked about being prepared. Because the problem is rarely that people don't want to have the conversation. The problem is they don't know how to start it, how to stay in it, and how to end it with something real.

The framework was simple. Three moves. Every conversation.

Prepare. Enter. Navigate.

And the line I will leave you with, because it says everything the session tried to say in nine words:

"Say what you mean. Mean what you say. But don't say it mean."

To the GVF team, you showed up honest today. That is harder than it sounds, and it does not go unnoticed.

GVF is mobilizing a major front-of-house fit-out project in Riyadh, and we’re building our core team.

We are seeking experienced fit-out professionals for the following positions:
* Project Manager (PM-01)
* Construction Manager – Fit-out & MEP (CM-02)
* Architect (AR-03)
* Senior QS / Cost Control Engineer (QS-04)
* Senior Procurement Engineer (PR-05)
* Design Manager (DM-06)
* Technical Engineer (TE-07)
* BIM Coordinator (BIM-08)

Requirements:
* Proven GCC fit-out experience (mandatory)
* Riyadh-based or immediately available to relocate
* Available for mobilization within 4–6 weeks

Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply across all positions.
