Project leadership requires a project manager to develop appropriate plans and studies for each project within the PMI methodology. Also be aware of developments in the business world. I suggest that the project manager to be a successful leader should be a student of data science. This science will benefit him greatly in the project study. In all its aspects, cost, time and scope.
