সার্ভিস লাইসেন্স নিলে আপনি একাধিক সার্ভিস-ক্যাটাগরির ব্যবসা একসাথে চালাতে পারবেন — যেমন একই কোম্পানির অধীনে আইটি কনসালটেন্সি এবং মার্কেটিং সার্ভিস দুটোই। কিন্তু এই লাইসেন্স দিয়ে সরাসরি কোনো পণ্য কেনাবেচা বা আমদানি-রপ্তানি করা যাবে না। ভবিষ্যতে যদি পণ্য বিক্রির প্রয়োজন হয়, তখন আলাদাভাবে ট্রেডিং লাইসেন্সের কথা ভাবতে হবে — কারণ ট্রেডিং লাইসেন্সধারীরা একসাথে সার্ভিস ও ট্রেডিং দুটোই করতে পারেন, কিন্তু উল্টোটা সম্ভব নয়।
লাইসেন্স পাওয়ার যাত্রাটা কেমন
চলুন ধাপে ধাপে দেখি একজন উদ্যোক্তার জন্য এই যাত্রাটা আসলে কেমন দেখতে হয়।
শুরুটা হয় ঘরের মাটিতে: সৌদি আরবে আবেদন করার আগে নিজ দেশে (বাংলাদেশ, ভারত বা পাকিস্তান) একটি সচল লিমিটেড কোম্পানি থাকতে হয়, সাথে থাকতে হয় সাম্প্রতিক আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন। এটাই সৌদি সরকারের কাছে প্রথম প্রমাণ যে আপনি একজন প্রতিষ্ঠিত ব্যবসায়ী।

মজার বিষয় হলো, ট্রেডিং লাইসেন্সের ক্ষেত্রে যেমন অতিরিক্ত দুটি দেশের (USA, UK বা Canada) কোম্পানি লাইসেন্স ডকুমেন্ট লাগে প্রোফাইল শক্তিশালী করতে, সার্ভিস লাইসেন্সের ক্ষেত্রে এই বাড়তি ধাপটা লাগে না — যার ফলে পুরো প্রক্রিয়াটা তুলনামূলক দ্রুত ও সহজ হয়। সাধারণত পুরো প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হতে সময় লাগে ২৫-৩০ দিন।
লাইসেন্স হাতে পাওয়ার পর কী হয়
লাইসেন্স পাওয়াটা শুরু মাত্র। এরপর কোম্পানিকে বাস্তবে চালু করতে আরও কিছু বিষয় সামনে আসে —
কর্মী আনার প্রশ্নে প্রথমে লাগে ভিসা কোটা, যা Qiwa প্ল্যাটফর্মে আবেদন করতে হয়। কোম্পানির ক্যাটাগরি ও সৌদি সরকারের সৌদিকরণ নীতি (Nitaqat) এর ওপর ভিত্তি করে এই কোটা অনুমোদিত হয়। নতুন কোম্পানিগুলোর জন্য শুরুতে কিছুটা সুবিধা থাকে।
যদি বিদেশ থেকে নতুন কর্মী না এনে সৌদি আরবে ইতিমধ্যে থাকা কোনো প্রবাসী কর্মীকে নিতে চান, তাহলে দরকার হয় কাফালা ট্রান্সফার — যা Qiwa তেই সম্পন্ন হয়, তবে পূর্বের কফিলের অনুমতি বা চুক্তির মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়া সাপেক্ষে।
কর্মী নিয়োগের পর তার ইকামা ইস্যু করতে হয় সৌদি আরবে প্রবেশের ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে, এবং প্রতি বছর এটি নবায়ন করতে হয় — যা এখন কিস্তিতেও (৩, ৬, ৯ বা ১২ মাস) করার সুযোগ আছে।
