مجموعة تنمية الصادرات القابضة توقّع عقداً مع شركة تركية لإنشاء خط متكامل لإنتاج اللحوم المُصنّعة لشركة الكدرو للتصنيع الغذائي

وقّعت مجموعة تنمية الصادرات القابضة، صباح اليوم، عقداً مع شركة SANET Trade التركية لتوريد وتركيب خط متكامل لإنتاج اللحوم المُصنّعة في خطوة تستهدف تعزيز الصناعات الغذائية ورفع القيمة المضافة لقطاع الثروة الحيوانية في السودان.
وبحسب الاتفاق، تستغرق عمليات توريد خطوط الإنتاج نحو ثلاثة أشهر، على أن تعقبها مرحلتا التركيب والتشغيل والتدريب خلال شهرين، فيما سيعمل المصنع بطاقة إنتاجية تصل إلى 30 طناً يومياً.
ويعتمد المشروع على تقنيات تصنيع حديثة ومواصفات فنية عالية الجودة وفق المعايير الأوروبية، بما يواكب متطلبات الأسواق المحلية والإقليمية، ويراعي الأنماط الاستهلاكية في أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط.
وسينتج المصنع باقة متنوعة من منتجات اللحوم المُصنّعة، تشمل السجق، الكفتة، البيرقر، المارتديلا، الهوت دوغ (فرانكفورت)، واللحوم المفرومة. كما يشهد المشروع ولأول مرة في السودان استخدام المصارين الحيوانية الطبيعية بدلاً من الأغلفة البلاستيكية التقليدية المستخدمة في صناعة الهوت دوغ، بما يعزز جودة المنتج ويرفع معايير السلامة الغذائية.
وأكد مدير شركة الكدرو للتصنيع الغذائي م/ أشرف محمد فتح الرحمن أن المشروع يمثل إضافة نوعية للصناعات الغذائية الوطنية، ومن شأنه المساهمة في تقليل الفجوة الغذائية عبر توفير منتجات عالية الجودة بأسعار مناسبة للمستهلكين، إلى جانب دعم جهود التصنيع والتصدير.
ويُعد مسلخ الكدرو أحد أكبر مجمعات اللحوم في أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط، إذ يتمتع بشهادات اعتماد دولية في مجال سلامة الغذاء والجودة، فيما تتجاوز طاقته التشغيلية اليومية 2,000 رأس من الأبقار ونحو 12,000 رأس من الضأن، ما يجعله أحد أهم المشاريع الاستراتيجية في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية بالسودان.
Export Development Holding Group Signs Agreement with Turkish Firm to Establish Integrated Processed Meat Production Line for Al Kadro Food Manufacturing Company
Khartoum – May 10, 2026
Export Development Holding Group signed an agreement this morning with Turkish company SANET Trade for the supply and installation of a fully integrated processed meat production line, in a move aimed at strengthening Sudan’s food industries and increasing the added value of the country’s livestock sector.
Under the agreement, the supply of the production lines is expected to take approximately three months, followed by installation, commissioning, and staff training phases over a further two months. The facility will operate with a production capacity of up to 30 tonnes per day.
The project is based on advanced manufacturing technologies and high technical specifications in accordance with European standards, enabling the plant to meet the requirements of both local and regional markets while addressing consumer preferences across Africa and the Middle East.
The factory will produce a wide range of processed meat products, including sausages, kofta, burgers, mortadella, hot dogs (Frankfurters), and minced meat products. In a first for Sudan, the project will also introduce the use of natural animal casings instead of the conventional plastic casings commonly used in hot dog manufacturing, enhancing product quality and elevating food safety standards.
Eng. Ashraf Mohamed Fath Al-Rahman, Director of Al Kadro Food Manufacturing Company, stated that the project represents a significant addition to Sudan’s national food industry and is expected to contribute to reducing the food gap by providing high-quality products at affordable prices for consumers, while also supporting industrialization and export development efforts.
Al Kadro Slaughterhouse is regarded as one of the largest meat complexes in Africa and the Middle East, holding internationally recognized certifications in food safety and quality standards. The facility has a daily processing capacity exceeding 2,000 head of cattle and approximately 12,000 sheep, making it one of Sudan’s most strategic projects in the food manufacturing sector.
