In order to achieve our mission of building and qualifying human cadres with a forward-looking vision and based on our slogan "In our pursuit... towards excellence" with the aim of building capabilities that depend on diverse knowledge and establishing the foundations of excellence. Al-Rafid Training and Languages Center was established, which relies in its structure on horizontal geographical expansion and vertical scientific expansion, through diversity in training and developing human resources for various fields. We also rely on building the administrative capabilities of bodies, companies and organizations in the field of different languages and providing distinct advisory visions. We have relied in our group on a distinguished work team to be the best through values that have been established to form beliefs that we believe in and adopt in the work environment.

U.S. Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Mike Hammer will travel to Djibouti, Qatar, and Ethiopia from December 7-17. In Djibouti, Ambassador Hammer will attend the 41st Extraordinary Summit of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Assembly Heads of State and Government on Sudan and meet with Djiboutian officials. SEHOA Hammer will support regional and international efforts on Sudan to end the conflict, promote a democratic transition, press for unhindered humanitarian access, and support justice and accountability for victims of the violence.

In Qatar, Ambassador Hammer will participate in the Doha Forum. He will discuss with Qatari officials regional and international efforts to end the ongoing violence in Sudan and advance stability in the Horn of Africa.

In Ethiopia, SEHOA Hammer intends to meet with African Union officials to coordinate efforts on Sudan and other regional priorities. He will also urge Ethiopian officials to continue implementation of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement on northern Ethiopia, including making progress on disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration as well as transitional justice and accountability. Ambassador Hammer will urge negotiated resolutions to ongoing violence in the Amhara and Oromia regions, calling on all parties to protect civilians, refrain from hate speech, and respect human rights.

يسافر المبعوث الأمريكي الخاص لشؤون القرن الأفريقي مايك هامر إلى جيبوتي وقطر وإثيوبيا من 7 حتى 17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر. ويحضر المبعوث الخاص هامر القمة الاستثنائية الحادية والأربعين لرؤساء دول وحكومات الهيئة الحكومية للتنمية (إيقاد) بشأن السودان ويجتمع بمسؤولين من جيبوتي.

وسيعرب المبعوث هامر عن الدعم للجهود الإقليمية والدولية لإنهاء الصراع في السودان وتعزيز التحول الديمقراطي والضغط من أجل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية بدون عوائق، ودعم العدالة والمساءلة لضحايا العنف.

ويشارك المبعوث هامر في منتدى الدوحة في قطر ويناقش مع المسؤولين القطريين الجهود الإقليمية والدولية الرامية إلى إنهاء العنف الدائر في السودان وتعزيز الاستقرار في القرن الأفريقي.
