كلنا في فترة الجامعة بنمر بمرحلة النمو و تحمل المسؤولية. بنتعامل مع الوعي الاقتصادي و الاعتدال في إنجاز المهام و كيف ندخل في نقاشات و محادثات كجزء من النضوج و معرفة أساسيات الحياة⏳

💡اقتراح: لما نكون بنعمل في المهام اليومية ال ما محتاجة تركيز ممكن نسمع حلقات بودكاست ، عن مختلف المواضيع و في جزء كبير منها عن مواجهة العشرينات و عن سوق العمل و حاجات اغلبنا اتعرف عليها فترة الجامعة.

Do you use the terms technical and digital interchangeably?
⭕️طيب يا جماعة عايزين نتكلم عن موضوع بسيط كدا قد يكون ما واضح للبعض و هو الفرق بين التقنية والرقمية.

🖥هم كلمتين يستخدموا بالتبادل و لكن في الحقيقة في اختلاف بيناتهم. مثلاً ما لازم نعرف نتعامل مع التقنية عشان نعرف نتعامل مع الرقمية.

🤳🏽الرقمية هي استخدام التقنيات في الحياة اليومية و غيره مثلاً: الكورسات الأونلاين والتسوق الإلكتروني ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي؛ استخدامك ليهم يجعلك متمرس في الرقمية.

🚨يعني حالياً قرايتك للبوست دا؟ رقمية.
كتابة التغريدات وقراءة الكتب الإلكترونية؟ رقمية.
حجز غرف وتذاكر سفر عبر الإنترنت؟ رقمية.

أما التقنية فهي المعرفة المتعلقة بالتطبيقات التقنية نفسها وكيفية تنفيذها؛ مثلا كتابة الاكواد و البرمجة. و يتطلب كونك تقني تدريب سابق عكس الرقمية. 👩🏽‍💻👨🏻‍💻

The terms technical and digital are terms often used interchangeably, though we note there is a drastic difference. ‼️

Digital technologies, means using electronic tools and devices that generate or store data. Like social media, multimedia and courses from online platforms. 🤳🏽

🚨Reading this post is considered digital.
Online hotel booking and getting tickets through online platforms? Also considered digital.

However; technical is the knowledge related to specific technical applications like programming and code writing. 👨🏻‍💻👩🏽‍💻

Often technical skills requires professional training whilst digital skills can be gained alone, using tablets, smartphones and so on.

The story of Anne Beiler:

مساء الخير يا شباب 🌙

📌طيب الليلة عايزين نحكي قصة كدا خفيفة وإن شاء الله تكون مصدر تفاؤُل ليكم كلكم😊💡
و هي قصة آن بيلر، مالكة شركة Auntie Anne’s Pretzels و هي شركة معجنات🥮.

⭕️بدأت آن شغلها عشان تساعد زوجها في إنه يحافظ على عيادة الاستشارات مجانية في حيهم ف اشترت كشك عشان تبيع فيه معجناتها ودامت المحاولات لمدة ثلاثة أشهر عشان تصنع أحسن معجنات، و في مرة وصلتها طلبية غلط مما أدى لإنه آن تصنع اكثر معجنات محبطة لزبائنها؛ و لكن بإقتراح من زوجها ضافت مكونات زيادة على عجينتها و دا أدى لأحلى معجنات عملتها آن. و بسبب كلام الناس الجيد عن جودة معجناتها و مذاقها الحلو فتحت آن فروع كتيرة في الولايات المتحدة. 👩🏻‍💼🎉
و دي بس بداية قصة آن للمعجنات و بداية نجاحها.

💡Anne Beiler of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels turned a stand at the farmer’s market into one pf the fastest growing franchises in the US. 🥮🎉

Anne Beiler began twisting pretzels in 1987 to support her husband's vision of offering free counseling services in their community.
She had been working for three months to perfect her pretzel recipe, when a supplier accidentally delivered the wrong ingredients, which led to Anne creating a very disappointing pretzel, but at her husband’s suggestions she experimented with the pretzel and added more ingredients, That new creation had turned into the best pretzel her customers had ever had😋.

🗣Word of mouth increased the popularity of her pretzels leading to the opening of more stores.
And that is only the beginning of Anne Beiler’s success story. 🎉

⚠️ Warning not the same thing:

ريادة، كلمة بنسمعها كتير في نفس صياغ الإدارة
كتير مننا معتقدين إنهم نفس الشيء لكن ما دا الصح، الريادة هي عقلية لعمل الحاجات بطريقة معينة، ريادة الأعمال بتدل على إنه نطور أفكار(منتجات أو غيره) وحلول جديدة ومبتكرة لمشاكل وأوضاع أصلاً موجودة.
بمفهوم تاني رائد الأعمال بشوف المشاكل في شكل فرص تسمح ليه يعمل حاجة جديدة تحل المشكلة وتبقى ليه في المدى الطويل بزنس حيبقى ربح، بالإضافة لي إنه بكون بدي الأهمية لي العاملين معاه والزبائن والمجتمع.
الريادة ما بس الإبتكار؛ الريادي برضو بكون شايف للمستقبل بصنع تغيير بفكرته وبكون عارف إنه في مخاطر واحتمالية فشل حتواجهه ورغم دا حيعمل فكرته.
أما الإدارة فهي الطريقة البندير بيها عمل وإنه نشغل المنظمة وعملياتها اليومية ونعرف الموارد الفيها ونستخدمها بأفضل طريقة.
جيف بيزوس لمن بدأ أمازون بدأ على أساس إنه متجر كتب أونلاين ويتم بعدها شحن الكتب للزبون لكنه أغتنم الفرصة وبقى أمازون لكل حاجة من A to Z، ودي حاجة ما كانت موجودة زمان عشان كدا فكرته تعتبر ريادة أعمال.
البزنس الما ريادي بكون مبني على أفكار موجودة ممكن يكون فيها حبة تطوير لكن ما بصل لدرجة الإبتكار
ذي مثلاً ترحال لمن جاء السودان كانت فكرته ريادية أما Go فهو بزنس بفكرة موجودة.
فكل ريادي ممكن يبقى صاحب عمل لكن ما كل صاحب عمل هو رائد أعمال.
في مشاريع ريادية كتير في العالم وفي أنواع للريادة برضو لو حابين نتكلم عنها أكتر ورونا في التعليقات.

وأخر شيء اتذكروا إنه أول خطوة هي البتصنع أكبر فرق..

Have you heard people use the word entrepreneurship, and thought it was probably just a synonym for business
Well, that my friend is not true.
Maybe heads and tails, but there is a clear line between entrepreneurship and business
and that line is the way an entrepreneur and a businessman think. One says let's think possibility and innovative and the other says analytical and profit are the way to go.

So what's the difference?
Peter Drucker once said, "the entrepreneur always searches for change, responds to it, and exploits it as an opportunity"
The meaning of this is entrepreneurship isn't just running a business, it's a way to make a change in the world, a new, innovative, and seek the opportunity one to be particular, taking into consideration the large risk and chance of failure the idea might face.
And a business is based on an existing idea, maybe with a little improvement and not with innovation in mind, but on making a profit...
Let's take Amazon for example when Jeff Bezos founded it in 1994 he started it as an online bookstore, then sought the opportunity of the success it had and made it into an everything online store which wasn't a thing back then,
he started the new idea, created the market for it, and by using unconventional methods he was able to make it work.
Who is who?
In the long run, an entrepreneur will become a business owner, but not every business owner is an entrepreneur.

📚طيب نبدأ بالكتب المتعلقة بريادة الأعمال؛

📖كتاب كلنا عارفينه وأكيد توقعتوا انه نتكلم عنو هو كتاب الأب الغني و الأب الفقير:
الكاتب فيه بتكلم عن التثقيف المالي والوعي الاقتصادي بطريقة ما. فيه يناقش ريتشارد كيوساكي مفاهيم أساسية و مبسطة عن الاستثمار و إدارة المخاطر وهي كلها حاجات بتواجه الإنسان في حياته اليومية وبطريقة مباشرة وواضحة. وجهة نظر الكتاب مستوحاة من أب غني وأب فقير وبتكلم عن كل المفاهيم التي تطبع في ذهن أولادهم بناءً على وجهات نظرهم و اتخاذهم لنهج معين. 🧠💡

📖الكتاب التاني و هو "Understanding business" و دا قد يكون كتاب أكاديمي اكثر من سابقه. كتاب لطيف جدا لما تدخلوا فيه. بناقش فهم البزنس ككل و كل النواحي المتعلقة بيه. الحلو فيه إنو بداية كل فصل بناقش قصة ريادي معروف و بشرح لينا كيف بدأت أو كيف الشخص دا وصل للمرحلة دي. كتاب ممتع جدا و مفيد لكل التخصصات. 👨🏻‍💻👩🏽‍💻

📖As a classic we have, (you saw it coming)
Rich dad, poor dad : In this book the author, Richard Kiyosaki discusses the importance of financial literacy, and the importance of investments and economic awareness. It takes us through the point of view of two parents and how they each engrave certain beliefs based on their experiences into their children. It also discusses risk management and the relationship between risk and profit. 🧠💡

📖Another recommendation we have, is the book "Understanding business" it’s more of an academic book, though it’s insightful and entertaining when you get into it.
It discusses several aspects of the business field and covers the term ‘business’ in a sufficient way. A major thing with this book is that it gives real life examples and tells the story and inspiration behind the start of each entrepreneur mentioned. 👩🏽‍💻👨🏻‍💻

مجال إدارة الأعمال حاليًا من اكتر المجالات المطلوبة و المتطورة. مجال اغلبنا برجع ليه و مهتم بيه بغض النظر عن تخصصه في الجامعة لأنه حاجة أساسية و مهمة تقريبًا لأغلب المجالات المتوفرة.
