Möt Vienna. ❤️
Fyra månader gammal och en av valparna som förbereds hos Mimo Dogs inför livet i sitt nya hem.
Vienna ska snart flytta till en familj med hästar och andra djur, så idag får hon bekanta sig med en åsna. 🫏
Till en början skäller hon och håller avstånd. Här ger jag henne tid och utrymme att själv observera, samla information och utforska i sin egen takt, med mig som trygg guide.
För mig handlar det aldrig om att hon ska våga hela vägen fram, utan om allt det som sker under tiden vi jobbar tillsammans.
Att få bearbeta nya intryck, fatta egna beslut, bygga självförtroende och tillit till sin egen förmåga. Och samtidigt stärka förtroendet för människan som finns vid hennes sida.
Det är så mycket mer än att bara vänja en valp vid nya intryck.
Att se hur hon steg för steg blir tryggare, börjar lita på sina egna beslut och låter de nya upplevelserna forma henne– det är precis sådana här stunder jag älskar.
Visst är hon fin? 🥰

Meet Vienna. ❤️
She’s four months old and one of the puppies being prepared at Mimo Dogs for life in her new home.
Vienna will soon be moving to a family with horses and other animals, so today she gets to meet a donkey. 🫏
At first, she barks and keeps her distance. Here, I give her time and space to observe on her own, gather information, and explore at her own pace, with me as her safe guide.
For me, it’s never about her daring to go all the way up to the donkey, but rather about everything that happens while we’re working together.
Processing new experiences, making her own decisions, building self-confidence and trust in her own abilities. And at the same time, strengthening her trust in the person by her side.
It’s so much more than just getting a puppy used to new experiences.
Seeing how, step by step, she becomes more confident, starts to trust her own decisions, and lets these new experiences shape her—these are exactly the moments I love.
