P28, designed by Harry Hallberg, was one of the first great export successes for Swedish boat building. 536 boats were built from 1955-1973 and many of those boats were sold to the USA.

This photo was taken in California, USA, in the 1950s.

Nineteen years of production is the longest production span in Hallberg-Rassy’s history, closely followed by the Hallberg-Rassy 31 with 18 years of production.
