Late summer, early autumn.
At this time of the year the rainbows are strong, feisty and chubby, eager to take my flies. Hade a great couple of hours at my local stream.

Took a trip to Älvdalen with the wife, just to relax and get away. I did sneak away a couple of hours for some fishing. In the backcountry I got company 🫎
We stayed in a lovely little cabin at Älvdalens Camping, hade a chat with wickedtrout (so nice to see you again brother) and hade a great dinner at Dalgatan 118.

Spent a day at the pond with my youngest daughter, she did good and caught a rainbow. Me? Not a bite 😆
