UpHigh is a management consultancy firm that builds competence for sustainability issues that are traditionally not seen as “core business” but which are more and more becoming so – the areas that will make or break you in tomorrow’s global marketplace – and we get you out on top. Our business idea is to facilitate our clients’ CSR-transformation through hands on support in three consulting areas: Knowledge-systems, Board and Executive education, and Change of business processes. Each module can have various products developed, such as stake-holder dialogue, materiality analysis, or CSR Due Diligences for example. Our clients are those small or mid-cap companies who wish to go beyond global requirements for compliance and capitalize on opportunities from external business factors, such as social norms, standards, environment, partnerships and consumer awareness, factors that characterize today’s global and conscious market place more and more. We work predominantly in the Nordic region with raw material and extractive companies such as mining, forestry, and textiles but also with manufacturing, construction and private equity firms that wish to capitalize on their commitment to adjustment.
