Ladies, I have a question… why is buying Maggi a woman’s job, but cutting grass is a man’s job? 😂😂
I was out with some ladies catching up when the conversation somehow turned to what our husbands do at home.
One lady said her husband does all the grocery shopping—even knowing when the salt, onions and Maggi are finishing! 😂
We asked, “So who cooks, cleans and does the laundry?”
She said, “Me.”
Plot twist: she also assembles furniture, handles minor repairs and cuts the lawn. 😳
That started an argument!
Some of us said, “Those are men’s jobs!”
Others said, “Then why is her husband doing the grocery shopping? That’s a woman’s job!”
But honestly… who decided all these rules? 😂
If a man can remember the exact brand of Maggi his family uses, does that make him less of a man?
And if a woman can fix a shelf or cut the grass, does that make her less feminine?
Or should couples simply divide chores according to ability, time and preference?
Now I want to hear from you:
What is one household chore you believe is DEFINITELY a man’s job—and one that is DEFINITELY a woman’s job? 👀
And please… don’t be diplomatic. 😂👇🏽
