We are 3 architects and city planners with a passion for true sustainability. During the past 4-5 years we have been on a journey to reinvent architecture and city planning as we know it. It all started with the international Biomimicry Design Challenge in 2012. The Visual Water team, reached the international finals with t

he concept of closing the loop of water and nutrients on a building scale. In autumn of 2015 we decided to start a company together and The Foodprint LAB was born! We love food, we love people and we love good urban and rural planning. We believe that when we connect people with their food and the city with the countryside we can create a society with sustainable livelihoods for all citizens. We believe that if we combine good planning and architecture with engaging people and creating space for growing both food and relationships we can build a society of true resilience and sustainability. Because we believe in your dream, and your capacity to realize it. During the coming month we will have a lot of exciting projects to share. Nice to have you with us on this journey!

The Foodprint LAB is a social startup with the mission to help you realize your vision of a more socially, ecologically and economically resilient food system and urban/rural environment. We are working through the method of collaborative design. In cooperation with the local actors such as; researchers, NGO:s, businesses and public actors we map out challenges and deliver solutions for the benefit of all! We work in all scales from practical events such as the "Urban Farming Safaris" on community level to overall food system innovation and mapping of cities and regions. Who are we? Jonathan Naraine is an architect and permaculture designer with a passion and experience of integrating food production into architecture and city planning and reconnecting people with the origins of food. He has been engaging people in food activism since 2010 and was the founder and project leader of the Food Rescue Project and the Urban Farming Safari's. Contact him at:

Victoria Bengtsson is an urban and rural planner with a special interest in participatory design. She has worked in Växjö municipality with urban farming and greening the school yards. Victoria did her master thesis on how to engage citizens in the process of climate adaptation, and has studied examples in place of facilitating and mapping the urban farming movement in New York. Cristina Ramos Caceres is a spanish architect with a passion and talent for visual comunication and inphographics. She also has an interest in temporary constructions and recycled material. Veckans odling: Stalltäppan i Kviberg ✨🌱

Stalltäppan i Kviberg söker nya medlemmar! Odlingen drivs som ett kollektiv där vi delar på såväl arbetsinsats som skörd. Framför allt odlar vi grönsaker och bär, men även en del blommor – alla medlemmar har möjlighet att vara med och påverka vad vi odlar. Vi som odlar får en stor del av vår mat från odlingen under sommar och höst. Ingen erfarenhet krävs, det viktigaste är att du är nyfiken och vill vara med! Hör av dig om du vill att vi sätter dig på intresselistan eller om du vill komma och hälsa på.

Stalltäppan i Kviberg är en tillsammansodling som började som en kommersiell stadsodling (market garden - se bilder 3-4 från första året) och de senaste åren drivs odlingen av ett dussin personer som odlar för självhushållning.

Odlingen etablerades 2019 i ett samarbete med fastighetsägaren som ett pilotprojekt där man etablerat stadsodlingar på 3 av deras fastigheter. Bredvid Stalltäppan (tillsammansodlingen) finns även ett antal odlingslotter som drivs av Kvibergs odlarförening. Det finns även en tillsammansodling på Musikens Hus.

Välkommen till Kungsbacka Tillsammansodling!
Vi är en allmännyttig ideell förening, som bygger en odling på Kungsgärdet mitt i centrala Kungsbacka sedan 2022. Vi odlar jorden och håller sakta med säkert på att förvandla en leråker till vår lustgård.
Alla är välkomna, gammal som ung, nybörjare eller erfaren spelar ingen roll, vi gör det TILLSAMMANS. Odlingen inspireras av permakulturens principer; omsorg om jorden, omsorg om människor och en rättvis fördelning.
Detta innebär i praktiken att få till ett regenerativt ekosystem där människor, miljön, mikroliv och insekter samspelar med varandra. Ingen jord hålls bar, avfall återanvänds och återförs till jorden och som täckmaterial. Vi odlar på friland, i pallkragar och i växthus. Vi har bigård, ängsmark och fruktlund. Välkommen!

Tack NCC för ett fint samarbete. Det har vart ett nöje att vara med både i utformningen för takodlingen och matchandet med odlare via Grow-Here.com. Vi ser fram emot att följa hur odlingen utvecklas med Lilla Jordbruket som vi är säkra på kommer ta väl hand om takodlingen!
