RAP works predominately as long term consultants integretated into airport organisations working directly with CEO's and their Boards in building and implementing strategies aimed at achieving financial, commercial and operational excellence. RAP can also support you as a short term consultant or even in a longer term interim position. RAP specialize in supporting regional airports where often due to their smaller size a full time commercial resource is not financially viable and hence a partnering relationship with RAP is a much more cost effective solution. RAP is also involved on project basis contracts such as Master Planning and the building of new infrastructure.
