The Sea, People - in the City
Inspired by Ernest Hemingways The old man and the sea headed by Lightdesigner Johnna Enger have the master students from Konstfack created The Marlin & La Mar light adventure -at Strömparterren in the very center of the capital of Sweden
Thanks to the festival for there almost overhuman work as well as this opportunity to support the Kunstfack students on there path to learn the powerfull tools of light
💡 På Strömparterren gör Konstfacks studenter en ljusinstallation inspirerad av Ernest Hemingways Den gamle och havet, med namnet The Marlin & La Mar. Berättelsen har inspirerat till en tolkning av människans förhållande till naturen, som ständigt behöver omprövas. Med ljusinstallationen i den rofyllda parken mitt i Stockholms centrum vill studenterna också undersöka och uppmärksamma platsens identitet och betydelse i stadsrummet.
Ljusinstallationen görs av masterstudenter på programmet Spatial Design på Konstfack under ledning av Johanna Enger, ljusdesigner och verkstadsansvaring på Perceptionsstudion.
