With the ALIVE methodology we play down all myths about charismatic leadership, showing that leadership creating result and transformation is about dramatically ordinary aspects of leadership. I is about creating relations and working with the core of the organisations and individuals. Neuroscience shows the necessity of using all our senses and connecting all parts of our b
rain, for optimal learning. That includes the limbic part of our brain, the one that humans and animals share alike and that is connected to emotions. For ten years we have been developing the ALIVE method along with human clients and horses. Today we practice authentic communication, the ability to listen, having clear intentions, being conscious of underlying values and to be efficient while handling the energy of our self and others. In a learning organisation the main part of learning is achieved through experience, creating reflections and transformation to the daily work. The ALIVE methodology is based on experiments learning. It is an acknowledged and efficient way of learning new leadership and team skills and competencies.
