A new daughter company, Petia O.o.d AB, has been founded by the cooperation of European Precision Components AB and VBA Group AB.

Both companies have many years of experience in sourcing in South-East Europe.In addition to the operations that take place in EPC and VBA, a mutual decision was made in 2012 to start an assembly unit under our own management. Our idea is to lower the costs for our customers with no risk and visible cost reduction already after three months.

The way our own management becomes functional is based on our mission that is to simplify and create a competitive edge for our customers by offering everything from simple assemblies to full contract manufacturing within a stimulating environment. Our vision is to always be the best alternative with a strong focus on customer benefit. For our customers, this means that we minimize the number of suppliers and contacts.
