Last week, our consultants spent an evening at Implement Consulting Group in Malmö for a workshop that went well beyond a typical presentation.

The session was hands-on throughout. Consultants engaged with practical tasks, explored frameworks they can bring into their own project work, and worked through a case exercise that challenged their thinking in real time.
