Patrik har ett djupt engagemang för problemlösning, teknik och samhällsutveckling, och ser styrelsearbetet i WIN som en möjlighet att stärka kopplingen mellan forskning, innovation och samhällsbehov.

Hello WIN Community! 👋

My name is Max, and I'm joining WIN as a Stakeholder Engagement and Innovation Scouting Consultant. I'm on board to bring stakeholders together for Inter-Organizational Collaboration and Business Development. I want to expand the WIN Network and deliver maximum value to our member organizations.

A bit about me: I am originally from Germany and completed my bachelor’s in management of renewable energies there. After that, I moved to Sweden and earned my master’s in leadership for sustainability from Malmö University, Sweden.

I've also had the opportunity to manage low-tech circular waste management facilities in the tropical paradise of Bali, Indonesia. Sustainability isn't just a buzzword for me; it's a way of life. Check out the project here: MPH-Merah Putih Hijau

When I'm not busy with WIN, you can catch me wearing another hat as the co-founder of Cohabit, a circular furniture rental startup. What started as a class assignment quickly transformed into an exciting startup venture.

I’ve been given the nicknames "Sunshine" and "Max-power." Apparently, I tend to bring good vibes and embark on new projects wherever I go. It's in my nature!

I'm genuinely excited to embark on this journey with WIN and all of you amazing members. Let's connect, collaborate, and make a positive impact on the world together! Feel free to reach out, say hello, or share your own sunny anecdotes.

ANNOUNCEMENT! New team member in WIN!

WIN Innovation Platform, one of Sweden's foremost players in , is happy to announce that Patrik Josefsson has joined our team as the project manager for WIN Guard, effective from September 1.

Patrik Josefsson brings with him a rich background from the emergency services sector. Since 2018, Patrik has served as the Department Manager for ‘Coordination and Support’ at the Räddningstjänsten Väst in Varberg and Falkenberg. His experience also includes positions like Business Developer, Manager for Rescue Teams, and Team Lead for Special Operations. These roles reflect Patrik's profound understanding of the challenges within the safety and emergency services sector.

Patrik has been involved in matters related to national development both within the WIN context and in the MSB's Method and Technology Committee for several years, something he will continue to expand on in this forum.

With technological advancements and societal changes, we face new opportunities and risks. WIN Guard aims to connect challenges, people, and next-generation technologies to build a sustainable future. With Patrik's expertise, we are poised to drive the necessary innovation to tackle these challenges!

Patrik will assume this role alongside his regular duties at the Räddningstjänsten Väst in Varberg and Falkenberg.

We also want to extend our warm thanks to Johan Persson who, after six years with WIN Guard, has chosen to move on to a role outside WIN. We're grateful for Johan's significant contribution to WIN and wish him success in his new position.

Exciting News!
Energikontor Norr has been awarded financing from the European Regional Development Fund for the 'Greenably' project from August 1, 2023 to November 30, 2026.

Project Owner: Energikontor Norr
Project Partners: Luleå University of Technology and WIN Innovation Platform

Greenably will develop digital tools for innovation matching, increasing circularity in business through smart technology and human expertise. This approach enables cross-sectoral development to utilize by-products and waste from companies in innovative ways.

WIN Innovation Platform is proud to be a collaborative partner in this initiative. Our partnership continues to grow, and we are excited for the impactful results this collaboration will achieve moving forward.
