What makes NPP-4 different?

Conventional self-tanning products chemically color the skin’s surface. NPP-4 takes a fundamentally different approach, involving a novel peptide that is part of the skin’s natural pigmentation processes. The technology is being developed to support a naturally darker and more even-looking skin tone without UV exposure.

We see significant commercial opportunities for NPP-4 in the global sunless tanning market, with the potential to establish an entirely new premium product category.

We are putting greater commercial resources behind Follicopeptide and VEXIENNE. ✨

We have spent the past few months building the foundation for a larger commercial business around Follicopeptide. Today, we have scalable production capacity, VEXIENNE in the market and a Follicopeptide-based product portfolio that continues to grow.

More pieces are coming together, and now it’s about ex*****on:

→ Expanding sales and distribution
→ Increasing our efforts in marketing and communication
→ Preparing for the launch of our new eyelash product
→ Continuing the commercialization of VEXIENNE CLINIC – our dedicated series for professional clinics and hair transplant clinics
→ Pursuing opportunities across retail and international partnerships

To support this next phase, we have called SEK 6 million under our previously announced capital facility. The facility gives us an efficient and flexible way to access capital as needed. It also provides additional resources to accelerate our commercial activities around Follicopeptide and VEXIENNE.

Could Follicopeptide redefine the future of lash serums?

We have completed a 56-day clinical study of Follicopeptide Lash Gel Serum, showing both early visible effects and statistically significant results in eyelashes:

→ Visible effects reported by almost one-third of participants within two weeks
→ Statistically significant increase in eyelash length after both 42 and 56 days
→ Confirmed by two separate instrumental measurement methods
→ Excellent tolerability around the eyes under ophthalmological control

For us, this is not simply about adding another lash serum. It adds important clinical evidence in the eyelash category and supports the broader commercial potential of Follicopeptide as a prostaglandin-free peptide technology across hair, lashes and brows.

Less than a year ago, we were preparing our first commercial production of Follicopeptide. Today, we have products on the market, our own production capability, international private label partners, our own VEXIENNE brand, access to major beauty retailers, encouraging user feedback, and an expanding product portfolio.

We have spent years building the innovation and the last quarters building the commercial platform. Our focus now is to turn that platform into growth.

Our product portfolio is growing with new beauty and professional applications:

And we are already seeing encouraging early signs from our eyelash development. Our 8-week consumer panel in Sweden and Denmark is ongoing, with positive early feedback after four weeks, alongside an ongoing 8-week clinical testing. Today, our principal shareholders reaffirmed their confidence in Coegin by committing additional capital to support our continued commercialization and growth.

The financing solution combines a directed issue of approximately SEK 6.3 million with a capital facility providing access to an additional SEK 16 million, strengthening our financial flexibility through 2026–2027.

By combining a limited directed issue with a flexible capital facility from committed long-term shareholders, the financing provides the resources needed to execute our commercial strategy while promoting capital efficiency, minimizing financing costs and supporting long-term shareholder alignment.

This allows us to focus on:�✔️ Scaling production capacity�✔️ Accelerating commercial expansion�✔️ Supporting our growing network of partners�✔️ Driving towards positive cash flow

Partner expansion is the strongest validation. 💥

Today we announced highly encouraging feedback from Harklinikken, one of the world's leading providers of science-led hair and scalp treatments.

Following a 16-week customer evaluation, participants reported reduced hair shedding, higher hair density, and the perception of thicker, fuller-looking hair. Many experienced noticeable improvements within the first 8 weeks of daily use.

Most importantly, Hårklinikken is now preparing a broader commercial launch of Follicopeptide-based products across its clinics in the US, Europe and the Middle East during the second half of 2026.
