Innovation is stronger when more voices help shape it. On International Women’s Day, we want to highlight something close to our hearts.

At Sigma Connectivity, we develop innovation for a diverse world. That means creating products for everyone, and striving to build teams of engineers and innovators that reflect that diversity.
At the same time, we see a declining interest in technology among young people. To help change that, Sigma launched the Experts of Tomorrow Innovation Race, inviting middle school students in Sweden to explore innovation and discover how exciting and impactful technology can be.
By inspiring the next generation, girls and boys alike, we hope to break the myth that technology is complicated or out of reach.
