Meet Sergey Malishev

Since joining BEWI Circular Czechia in January 2025, Sergey Malishev has brought more than 27 years of international experience in production, recycling, and industrial management.

“What motivates me most is supporting people, sharing knowledge, and helping teams achieve sustainable success.”

In his free time, he enjoys off-road driving, fishing and exploring new places.

We are proud to have Sergey as Production & Plant Manager at BEWI Circular Czechia, where his expertise continues to strengthen our operations and support our circular mission.

BEWI, a leading European provider of packaging, components, and insulation solutions, has opened a new EPS recycling facility in Norway, the first of its kind in the country. The facility is located at the company’s production site for insulation solutions in Fredrikstad, enabling efficient collection and use of recycled material directly in the production of new products.
