Thermo-Calc, DICTRA and TC-PRISMA software Databases are available for Steels, Ti-, Al-, Mg-, Ni-alloys, multi-component oxides and many other materials.

Thermo-Calc is a powerful software package used to perform thermodynamic and phase diagram calculations for multi-component systems of practical importance. Calculations are based on thermodynamic databases produced by expert evaluation of experimental data using the CALPHAD method. DICTRA is a unique software tool used for detailed simulations of diffusion controlled phase transformations for mul

ti-component alloys. Example applications include heat treatment, microsegregation during solidification, growth and dissolution of precipitates, coarsening and more. TC-PRISMA is a new software package which can treat concurrent nucleation, growth and coarsening under isothermal conditions in multi-component and multi-phase systems by using Langer-Schwartz theory and Kampmann-Wagner numerical approach. Jointly developed by Thermo-Calc Software AB and QuesTek Innovations LLC, the software extends the functionality currently available through Thermo-Calc and DICTRA.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending 𝗥𝗤 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 18th International Conference on Rapidly Quenched and Metastable Materials in Busan, South Korea!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to meet with us, share your work, and discuss how Thermo-Calc can support your research. It was great connecting with researchers and materials scientists from around the world and learning more about the latest developments in rapidly quenched and metastable materials.
