Last week we concluded an important deliberation on Arsenic Mitigation in Groundwater at GSA 2020 meeting. Digital solutions are key enabler for a successful SDG implementation. ExcelDots presentation digital groundwater strategy for accelerating SDG 6.0. ISGSD plays a pivotal role in assimilating research activities across the world on this key issue.

The first edition of the IWA Digital Water Summit will take place under the tagline “Join the transformation journey” designed to be the reference in digitalisation for the global water sector. Water technology providers and water utilities are the main participants that will discuss and shape the agenda of this first IWA Digital Water Summit. The event includes a high class exhibition and has a focus on business and industry, while technology providers and water utilities will be some of the key participants that will discuss and shape the agenda of the Summit. The programme includes plenary sessions, interactive discussions, side events, exhibition, technical visits, and social events.

Due to development of the global spread of coronavirus, the IWA Digital Water Summit is to be rescheduled, taking place in Bilbao on 15 – 18 Nov 2021. This decision follows recommendations from the local organisers based on latest official guidance and current developments.
