JOIN US!

Our Internship is a flexible program where we are able to adapt the setup to your studies. This means we can offer either a part-time job setting, or a full-time setting for 4-8 weeks, starting in September-November 2025.

We are convinced there are few methods that outperform learning-by-doing – both in regards to developing new skills and in order to get to know a certain industry or company. The goal with Internship at Cupole is for you to get to know us from the inside and experience life as a management consultant – our way!

Research in the field of high-performance individuals has shown that maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for a sustainable existence. This balance should include adequate rest, choosing working hours, and spending quality time with family and friends. At Cupole, we highly value our employees' free time and therefore, we offer them 8 weeks of vacation to ensure they take care of themselves, enjoy their time off, and return motivated and refreshed.

2024 has been a fantastic year! We’ve moved into a new office, welcomed new colleagues, spent great moments together, and worked on some truly exciting projects. We’re so grateful to our clients, partners, colleagues, and friends who made it all possible.

Have you ever heard of an “LUS”? It’s short for “lunch utan slut” which translates into endless lunch in Swedish.

Last week, Cupole headed for a LUS to celebrate the beginning of summer. A beautiful summer day filled with fantastic food, boules, our very own DJs and of course great company. Here are some highlights from the day!
