That’s what Dimitar Manolov explored at our latest Nion Soft Skills Forum.

He shared how he’s experimenting with AI to organise priorities, protect focus time and take care of some of the everyday coordination that fills up our days, both at work and outside it.

One of our favourite examples? Using AI agents to help plan a family holiday, bringing together hotels, charging stations, weather, maps and more. 🚗🏨🌦️
A practical look at AI, time management and finding more space for the things that actually need our attention.

Yesterday's Data Server Day was a special one. 💙

Together with IBM, we brought the data community together for an afternoon of insights, discussions and Db2 expertise.

It was also our first Data Server Day since Middlecon became Nion, a milestone we're proud of and one we hope is the start of many more editions to come.

A big thank you to Simon Forshaw for opening the event, Marcin Marczewski for sharing his expertise, and everyone who joined us for making the day such a success.

A different kind of office view for our Bulgaria team. 🌲💻

Following a tradition that started last year, the team packed up their laptops and headed to Septemvri Hut on Vitosha Mountain for a remote workday surrounded by nature.

The day started with an early morning hike to the chalet before logging on and getting to work. Not a bad commute 😊

A couple of highlights from our Skopje office from this week.

Johan, Jonas, and Berry from the Stockholm office spent three days with the team - packed with good conversations, alignment on key topics, and some of the best discussions we've had around the Middlecon integration. A reminder of why being in the same room always matters.

We also had the honor of welcoming H.E. Ola Sohlström, Ambassador of Sweden, for a meaningful conversation. As a Swedish company rooted in Macedonia, moments like these reflect what we believe in - that strong Swedish-Macedonian collaboration is built one real conversation at a time.

Nion DJ Café ✅ - great talks, great people, great music.

We spent the evening diving into where AI is actually heading - from generative to agentic, and what that really means for businesses building on it. Berry and Simon shared real insights from 70+ customer projects, and introduced the Nion Data Platform and Nion Software Factory.🔒

DJ Lisa Tee closed it out with a vinyl set that no one wanted to end. 🎶
