As a Manager at GLOMO you will build your own team from scratch. You will be responsible for a team of software developers as well as several client accounts.
You will work together with some of Stockholm's sharpest developers and build a network of clients working with interesting technologies. You will recruit your own team, structure your activities and perform the required resource planning. Besides the functional guidance of your team members, you will also be the main contact person and problem solver for your team members.
Furthermore, you will provide our clients with resources answering to their requirements and specifications by applying your technical knowledge and experience with research. You will independently support your clients, present solutions and make legal agreements with a variety of clients from small start ups to large governmentally owned organisations.
You can help us grow if
You have previous experience in sourcing new talents and recruitment, providing new ideas on how to improve the recruitment process and give insights on new needs from talents and customers alike,
You are comfortable being the main contact person for our account leads and our existing customers,
You love a fast paced environments when everyday brings you a new smorgasbord of challenges,
You have previously worked with coordinating and leading meetings, negotiating and establish agreements,
You are a good communicator and team player. As a person you are humble, dedicated and solution oriented,
You are fluent in English, Swedish and preferably some code language,
You have a background in sourcing, recruitment, sales or project management,
You have a general understanding of the IT consultancy business.
