After planing, it’s time to break down the birch boards into precision-cut strips—610mm long in 30x15mm and 15x30mm dimensions. ✂️

Next up: routing the groove for the hidden handles using a Ø22mm radius cove router bit. The result? A sleek, built-in grip that keeps the design clean while showcasing the natural beauty of the wood. Small details like this make all the difference!

My dream kitchen starts with a vision—and a pile of wood. 🪵✨ This was my rough idea: a 3D design, some hand drawn sketches on paper of what I hoped to create, with no guarantees it would all work out. With a stack of carefully chosen wood and some big hopes, I just got started, knowing I’d solve problems and adapt along the way. Spoiler: it turned out even better than I imagined.

Before and after: Repaired a shoulder strap for friend of mine, a great bag from a higher end producer. As often is the case with all bags and including higher-end goods is that they use very nice leather but cheat on the buckles, zips and other cast details. Upgraded to a super strong cast iron hook that'll last you a lifetime!.
