Thanks 2025, a full year, with the settling into the woods with my flock in a surpricingly great way, landing a fab job and getting to know a bunch of fluffy chickens, all moving in with us 🐓❤️🙌🏼

Pausing professional dance for now. The is where I’ll share my other life adventures, like spaghetti jumping with my chickens.

Varmt välkommen på skön Dans & Yoga Playshop - med Malin & Angela!

När & Var? Lördag 9 nov kl 9-12 på Hantverkshuset, Älgaråsvägen 20 i Hova.

Vi börjar dagen med mjuk yoga med Malin, där vi fokuserar på att lyssna inåt och röra oss i ett lugnt tempo efter våra egna förutsättningar. Efter yogan följer en kortare guidad meditation och avslappning.

Efter yoga kommer dans, det är sedan gammalt…😋

Dans med Angela fortsätter med en mjuk inledning, sen blir det en bra puls innan vi till sist andas, chillar och avrundar med en sista meditation och kan så dansa ut i vår egna fortsatta sköna lördag.

Vad dansar vi? Dansen är rörelseglädje och en kravlös, lekfull dans- till för alla kroppar, alla åldrar och alla folk. Vi rör oss till skön världsmusik med kropp & knopp, humor och allvar, andning och personlig magi - på ditt alldeles egna personliga vis och via rörelseformerna Groove (lätta instruktioner), Nia fridans (guidat fridans & associationer) och Nia (lätt koreo) -plus inslag av självförsvar & lek.

Allt på egen nivå, på ditt personliga vis och helt utan prestation.

Vi tar även emot sittande dansare eller dansare med behov av stol vid sidan - obs instruktioner för er delas ut innan- så meddela oss i tid innan så får du alla instruktioner du behöver av oss 🎶
