Hur användartesterna går till:

1. Om testet ska göras på en mobiltelefon så behöver du ladda ner en app (behöver inte göras innan, utan kan göras på utsatt tid) https://lookback.io/download. Om testet görs på dator behöver du Google Chrome webbläsare.

2. Du kommer få både email och sms-påminnelse strax innan testet med länken du ska klicka på för att starta testet.

3. Testet tar max 30 min och är okomplicerat. Syftet är att testa sajten, inte dig.
