Leancept helps companies reduce risk, costs and time to market when creating new digital products such as mobile apps, web apps, websites and web services that seek tap into unmet potential. These products are often highly innovative and their viability, and ability to achieve commercial success, hinge on a number of assumptions about there being a need and a market for them. Leancept combines several sets of competences and skills, traditionally not found in a single company or agency, to test these assumptions to quickly determine if the product idea can find a market or needs to be changed. Soon we will launch our extended packages where we not only do prototyping but also the technical development leading to a finished product.

Our first customers doing the Boot Camp have been very happy with the process, which in 2 cases has let to a basic landing-site.

Having both an entrepreneural and technical background we are able to keep a focus on the process, and get the customer going with the right marketing channels coupled with the right web-based tools.

Første Boot Camp er levert i Norge!

Vår første Boot Camp ble utført for Harrieth Lundberg, som har valgt oss som leverandør for videre produktutviking mot hennes marked innen Bioteknologi.

Bioteknologi har lenge vært et satsningsområde i Norge, både politisk og blant investorer. Stort sett all virksomhet innen feltet har behov for løsninger innen IKT, enten det gjelder såkalt Big Data, markedsføring eller kunnskapsformidling.

Vi Leancept har derfor tenkt å satse innen denne sektoren, og har stort tro på at vi kan hjelpe aktører til å skjerpe forretningskonseptet samt å komme igang med de rette teknologiene når det gjelder tilstedeværelse på web.

Det var derfor en veldig bra match for oss å få Harrieth Lundberg som kunde. Sammen gikk vi gjennom hennes konsept rundt innsamling av data fra norske aktører og valgte ut en håndfull retninger for videre utvikling av både forretningsidé og tilstedeværelse på nett.
Inkludert i prosjektet var en enkel prototype for visning av disse dataene på web, i første omgang med en brukervennlig geografisk oversikt basert på Google Maps. Prototypen er bygget på Drupal, og implementert i vårt eget driftsmiljø, detaljer kommer senere i et eget blogginnlegg.

Prosjektet tilsvarer i det vesentlig vår pakke Boot Camp, som er vår startpakke der både oppstartsfirmaer og mer etablerte får det de trenger for å starte en prossess basert på Lean Startup-metodikken. Denne egner seg veldig godt for å komme raskt igang, få testet markedsresponsen samt stake ut en vei videre.

Etter å ha jobbet med Harrieth er vi ikke i tvil om at hun vil stå sterkt i den videre prosessen som vil omfatte innhenting av sponsormidler og søknader til diverse fond og instanser. Vi kommer til å være med som leverandør hele veien, og håper dette vil hjelpe med å få prosjektet over i en aktiv fase.
