There's a strange asymmetry in how comms managers think about meetings vs. webinars.
A 50-person internal meeting: "I'll just send out a calendar invite." 💁♂️
A 50-person external webinar: "I need a producer, a streaming consultant, three tools, and two weeks to set it up." 🏃♀️
Same 50 people. Same speakers. Same slides. Same conversation. The difference is the audience listening on the other side — which is a small thing technically, and a huge thing psychologically.
