We tune the world. We provide advice on sound design, acoustics and vibration control. Efterklang is represented in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Our expertise spans a broad range and scale of acoustic challenges, from building acoustics, industry noise, community noise and product development. We also provide award winning expertise in sound design and audio branding. Our team consists of 130+ dedicated employees who have been drawn from engineering, architectural, musical and academic backgrounds.

PERSONALMATSALEN - KVADRATMETER MED POTENTIAL

På många kontor står personalmatsalar tomma större delen av dagen. Varför låta en så central och rymlig yta bara komma till sin rätt en timme om dagen?

Tillsammans med hjälpte vi en kund att förvandla en underutnyttjad matsal – med eftersatt inredning och en ljudmiljö som dominerades av slammer – till en trivsam arbetslounge som bjuder in till både umgänge, fokus och avkoppling, även utanför lunchtid.

Tack vare:

✔️ Dämpande gardiner
✔️ Väggabsorbenter
✔️ Genomtänkt möblering
✔️ Maskerande och avslappnande bakgrundsmusik
✔️ Riktigt bra ljudteknik..har rummet fått ett helt nytt liv.

Idag används matsalen från morgon till eftermiddag, som en plats där många startar sin arbetsdag med kaffe och laptop, tar ett kortare videomöte eller spontana möten utan att behöva krångla med mötesrumsbokningar.

Moderna kontor behöver vara både flexibla och inspirerande platser, där flera behov får plats samtidigt. När arbetsgivaren utformar miljöer som människor vill vara i, ökar både närvaro, kreativitet och välmående.

Great news!

We have once again been shortlisted for Transform Awards, this time for Transform Awards Europe 2022 with our work for Yale.

Yale turned to Efterklang to help them define a consistent audible expression, from marketing to the sounds in the electronic products. The result is a tailored audio branding concept that considers both the customer and user experience and an extensive sound hardware analysis of home products used today.

Yale can now use sound strategically and make sure to contribute to a pleasant home sound environment for all customers.

In August, Efterklang was awarded ‘Best of the Best’ in the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2021. The winning project is the audio branding universe for Storytel, a world leading audiobook streaming service with over 1 million paying subscribers globally.
