Knowledge means little if you never put it into action.

You can read every business book, attend every seminar, and listen to the world's leading experts.

But at some point, what matters most is what you actually do with what you've learned.

As entrepreneur Ian Lopatin puts it:

“It's not about what you know. No one cares about what you know. It's about what you can do.”

Success isn't measured by how much information you've collected. It's measured by your willingness to act, experiment, learn from mistakes, and turn ideas into results.

Because knowing the path and walking the path are two very different things.

What's one thing you know you should be doing but haven't started yet?

What if the advice you're following is actually holding your business back?

Some of Ian Lopatin's biggest entrepreneurial wins came from doing the exact opposite of what the experts recommended.

And some of his biggest losses? They came when he started listening to them.

In his conversation with Daniel Wood, Ian shares how challenging conventional thinking helped him find success in the yoga and apparel industries.

His lesson for entrepreneurs is simple:

Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn't mean it's the best way to do it.

Experts can offer valuable guidance, but experience, curiosity, and independent thinking matter too.

Sometimes, your biggest opportunity comes from questioning the rules everyone else follows.

Success on the outside doesn't always mean peace on the inside.

What happens when you've achieved what you thought would make you happy, but something still feels missing?

🎙️ Ian Lopatin joins Daniel Wood on The Swedish Wealth Institute Podcast for an honest conversation about entrepreneurship, success, personal struggles, and the power of changing the way we think.

From building businesses to confronting his own patterns of suffering, Ian shares how a journey to India helped him recognize something profound:

Sometimes, the biggest obstacle isn't what's happening around us. It's what's happening within us.

This episode is a reminder that building a successful life means paying attention to the person you're becoming along the way.

What happens when everything looks successful on the outside, but you're falling apart on the inside?

Ian Lopatin had built a successful business, yet behind the achievements, he was struggling.
He turned to drugs and alcohol to escape the pressure and emotional pain. But the temporary relief only made things worse.
Then, during a trip to India, he experienced a realization that changed his perspective.
“It wasn't even the drinking or anything else. It was the thinking.”
Sometimes, the hardest part of personal growth is recognizing the patterns within ourselves that keep us stuck.
And sometimes, the advice we follow from others can take us further away from what made us successful in the first place.

Getting by on four to six hours of sleep isn’t necessarily the flex we’ve been taught it is.

James Strole argues that our culture has conditioned people to associate less sleep with greater productivity — even when they’re exhausted during the day.
Sleep is a major part of the body’s recovery process, and consistently cutting it short can affect how you feel and function.
James’ message is simple:
What you do when you’re younger can shape how you feel as you get older.
And sleep is one habit worth protecting.

What if living longer isn’t the real goal?

What if the goal is to reach later life with your energy, strength, mental sharpness, and sense of purpose still intact?
At 77, James Strole challenges many of the assumptions we’ve accepted about aging. His approach starts with habits that are available to almost everyone: better sleep, regular movement, natural light, intentional breathing, and taking care of your body before something goes wrong.
You don’t need to begin with expensive longevity technology. You can begin with what you repeatedly do every day.
And that raises a much bigger question:

If you could stay healthy, energetic, and mentally sharp… would you want to live to 150?
👇 Comment YES or NO and tell us why.

What’s the point of living longer if we forget what makes life worth living?

For .strole, longevity isn’t simply about adding more years to the calendar.
It’s about having more time for love, passion, connection, purpose, and peace.
Because extending human life means very little if those extra years aren’t filled with the people and experiences that give life meaning.
“A longer life is pointless without the passion and love of one another and peace on this Earth.”

đź’¬ If you could live a much longer, healthier life, what would you want those extra years for?

What if your chronological age and biological age became two very different numbers?

James Strole believes the next frontier of longevity isn’t simply slowing aging — it’s reversing it.
In this conversation, he discusses emerging gene therapies and makes a bold prediction: within the next three to five years, he believes therapies could emerge with the potential to reverse aspects of biological aging.
His vision of “super longevity” goes far beyond keeping people healthy for longer.
Imagine being 90 chronologically, but 25 biologically.
That remains an ambitious and uncertain scientific goal — but it raises a fascinating question:
If science could safely reverse biological aging, would you do it?

What if the goal wasn’t simply to slow aging — but to reverse it?

For .strole, the question of radical longevity started early in life after watching someone he loved decline.
That experience led him to a question that stayed with him:
“Why can’t we have heaven here on Earth?”
Today, James believes longevity science is moving beyond simply helping people remain healthier for longer. He sees a future focused on reversing aspects of biological aging itself.
He even predicts major progress could arrive within the next three to five years.
It’s a bold prediction — and one that raises a fascinating question:
If aging could genuinely be reversed, how long would you want to live?
